  Dongshan Lante Seafood Processing Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 under the project of Sustainable Development of Chinese Coastal Resources assisted by World Bank. The company is located in Dongshan island, a county in the south of Fujian province, which is one of the first group of Chinese opening coastal counties, with Taiwan, Province of China on the opposite coast of the Taiwan Sea, abutting Hongkong and Macao, SAR China. The location is in Daao fishing harbor of Tongling town, the biggest seafood hub in Dongshan county.

  The company is professional in deep processing of seafood. There are 150 employees in the company, of whom 30 persons are technical professionals. The company covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and the area of the seafood deep processing workshop and fish meat producing workshop is 4,000 square meters. The company is equipped with one IQF deep freeze product line(0.5T/h, -40℃), one fish meat product line(24T/d), four flat deep freeze machines(1.5T/time, -35℃), two deep freeze workshops(15T/time, -33℃), one cold store(600T/time, -20~-22℃). The workshops are built up as according to HACCP requirements. The production is strictly kept to HACCP system, with kinds of seafood as material, using advanced equipment and techniques. Now, the company has three serials of product including frozen fish meat, seasonings and frozen seafood. The amount of "Lante" brand high quality products is over 20 kinds. The products are sold in both domestic and overseas markets. The company has built a good cooperation with colleges and research institutions. This establishes good foundation for better products.

  The company has been awarded “Green Food”, “AAA Credited Corporation”, “Agriculture Leading Industrialization Corporation of Zhangzhou”, “Credited Company” etc by the county, province, city and even the national government. The government of Zhangzhou granted “Lante” as famous brand, “Lante” brand trademark was identified as famous brand in fujian province people's government.
